My doctor who I went to last year prescribed me Tri-Sprintec birth control, and this year I went to a different doctor at a clinic that was cheaper who had prescribed me the same thing. However when I went to the pharmacy, they told me that my doctor from last year gave me 12 more refills, except this time it was Tri-Estarylla. Now, this is my 2nd year AND second birth control I will have ever taken. I tried looking up reviews for this one, but could not find a single one!! All I found was side-effects, but I prefer to read up on people's personal experiences. So LADIES, WOMEN, GIRLS: if any of you have tried this birth control & or maybe know someone else close to them who has, could you please tell me what your experience was like on it?! Just curious to know is all! Thank you! Answered by Beverlee Dekruif 1 month ago.

It is a moderately effective birth control, but can cause side effects like nausea, cramps, etc. Answered by Vonnie Fundenberger 1 month ago.

Which row of Tri Estarylla are the placebo pills?
I'm on my first month of the pill and am a bit confused. I feel like I'm about to start my cycle (migraine, cramping, and breast pain). And I'm not even on the third week of the pills. Can someone help me? Asked by Nathaniel Ferugson 1 month ago.

You will start your period.during the 4th week of the pack. The symptoms your experiencing are just pill.side effects. This is perfectly normal. Answered by Richard Azzara 1 month ago.

Which row of Tri Estarylla are the "period" pills?
Which row are the placebo pills? Asked by Alia Bagsby 1 month ago.

The placebo week would be week 4 in the pack. Those are the green ones. In the booklet with your pills they are called "reminder" pills. -Shrug- Answered by Ida Waack 1 month ago.

Lately I have been exhausted. It's a struggle to stay awake, I'm emotional, lethargic, and gaining weight like crazy. I want to eat strange(for me) food combos (hotdogs w/ pickles, grilled cheese with ranch, French fries with ranch and cheese) but haven't fulfilled them. I have also noticed substantial weight gain within the past couple of weeks, more like a bloated feeling, yet I work out for an hour every day. I've gone up two pant sizes and clothes sizes within two weeks time. After having sex yesterday, I noticed I was spotting and have had awful cramps ever since. I've been on the pill for a long time, but could it be messing with things? My mind seems to be else wear and my memory is awful. I stop mid sentence because I forget what I'm saying. I've never had this happen with any birth control I've taken, so why now? I switched a couple of months ago to Tri-Estarylla. Any advice would be great! Answered by Marcelle Akard 1 month ago.

It's possible you goofed up your birth control and you're pregnant. those all sound like perfect pregnancy symptoms. If you're not, then it could just be a weird reaction to the new combination of chemicals/hormones in the tri-estarylla. Also, don't let periods convince you you're not pregnant. Many women spot during their pregnancy, especially if they don't know and they keep taking their pill. Answered by Gerri Agustino 1 month ago.

Can birth control make you feel pregnant?
I just started on Sunday taking Tri-Estarylla, which was not the same as I was on before, and I'm starving, I'm exhausted, I'm thirsty. I just started on Sunday taking Tri-Estarylla, which was not the same as I was on before, and I'm starving, I'm exhausted, I'm thirsty. I'm peeing more than usual, I'm clumsy and forgetful...I had unprotected sex before my last period, and had a really heavy period. I have been off birth control for 6-7 months. I'm legit craving things and eating things that I don't even like. I just had a turkey and Swiss sandwich (HATE Swiss) and you would've thought it was the greatest thing I've ever eaten. Has this happened to anyone else???? I am starting to get concerned. Answered by Tomika Trouser 1 month ago.

You are not pregnant. This can happen because of birth control. My birth control made me feel pregnant many times in the past. Besides birth control, stress and PMS can contribute to the signs you are having. Also, the clumsy and forgetful thing is unrelated to pregnancy. In studies that was found to be proved untrue. When a women is later into her pregnancy and is dealing with all of the stressed of it, it is common to become like that because of being so overwhelmed, but your brain does not just stop working as well as soon as you get pregnant. You also may have a UTI, but you are probably peeing more because you are drinking more than normal. You are probably drinking more because you are being more active than usual. Can I rely completely on my birth control and have my boyfriend go without a condom?

I have been on birth control pills (Tri-Estarylla) for two months and one week now, I have been almost perfect with taking them on time every day. I've taken them every single day at 10:30 a.m, except for my very first pill which I took at 8:30 a.m before I switched times. Although sometimes I have accidentally taken a few of the pills five to twelve minutes late, this has only happened about five or six times. And one day I accidentally took my "Saturday" pill on a Friday and had to take my "Friday" pill on a Saturday. But me and my boyfriend are going to be seeing each other for the first time in two months and we want to be very intimate and go without a condom and have him not pull out. But I'm so scared that I could become pregnant from this.....I got birth control for this exact reason, for extra protection and so my boyfriend wouldn't have to use a condom all the time but I'm almost too scared to even try going without one......can I rely completely on my birth control? And not worry about getting pregnant from this? I think I may be way over thinking this but I'd just like to know if it's okay to go without a condom if I've been taking my birth control regularly for over two months. Any advice or suggestions would be very much appreciated. :( Answered by Georgiana Ishmael 1 month ago.

it most defiantly be different for you but I met my boyfriend two years ago and began having sex while only using my birth control. I have not been pregnant once. but two months ago I stopped my pill and we r trying to get pregnant nothing yet so far! it is very normal for you to be thinking like this but don't do it if you are that scared because those girls on 16 and pregnant well at least half of them were taking birth control and got pregnant also my aunt got pregnant while using birth control and condoms! I really hope I helped just remember nothing is 100% and if you do get pregnant don't get an abortion for you choice of not using double. things happen for a reason! Answered by Britta Canclini 1 month ago.

NO! Nothing is 100% perfect. Sometimes birth controls do fail. If you really want to go without a condom, then make sure you get the morning after pill to take just in case. Using a condom and birth control is almost guaranteed not to get pregnant. Once you get married you dont need one lol. Good luck! Answered by Kareem Lingbeck 1 month ago.

There is NO 100% safe form of birth control - Zip. So two forms at once is cutting the small odds even smaller... Answered by Denita Macphee 1 month ago.

I've never had problems with the pill thus far... I take the pill due to anemia, severe cramps, and a hormone imbalance. I just read a very scary article, and also a thread on twitter about blood clots from the pill. A lot of the stories were from girls my age. I know the risk of blood clots are low, but it's a risk I'm now afraid of. I know the implant doesn't carry the same risks as the pill, but doesn't help with cramping and heavy bleeding?
