Hi! I suggest Melatonin. It really works, and is not over the counter. You can purchase it at health and vitamin stores for under $10. ( I live in BC, Canada and pay$8.99 before taxes.) ** Some places do sell it over the counter, which is silly** Your brain produces melatonin which is the chemical that makes you sleep. Taking melatonin generally does not make you fall asleep instantly or make you pass out. It generally takes 10-20 minutes before you fall asleep. During those 10-20 minutes, the melatonin stimulates your brain to release its own melatonin. So, you become sleepy, then sleep!!! Enjoy your sleep! :o) Talk you your family doctor if you are unsure. Benedryl is really good - also a mug of hot milk - which all say tastes yucky - so put some sweetener and vanilla to make it taste good. When milk is heated some of the milk sugar is converted to tryptothan - a natural sleep agent. No one knows when they fall asleep - in fact a person needs to be asleep 15 min or more before their body will realize it. Close your eyes and lay in a dark room. Turn off the TV and radio.. Lay still. Think of a pleasant place in great detail. (to avoid thinking of unpleasant stuff). good luck Answered by Bertram Sable 2 years ago.
Tylenol PM is a good choice but it's not to be used everyday. If you have a chronic sleep problem then you should go to your doctor and see if he/she can prescribe you something. Also if you have a history of RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome) then Tylenol PM could make it worse. At least it did for me. I am now taking Lunesta and it is the best sleep medication I have ever taken. my doctor recommended benedryl. it contains the same ingredient as otc sleep aids but is less expensive if you buy the generic. he told me the only side effect of using it is mild dehydration. Answered by Yolonda Morningstar 2 years ago.
if i may suggest, before trying any diazapam, please follow few sleep better tips, like avoid any stressful activity, just before going to bed, simple stroll is nice, try reading relaxing book, warm milk is great, try listening soothing music, write whatever is restricting your sleep, after jotting down your problems, tell yourself, you will be able to handle the problems better after sleeping peacefully. Sleep Well, sweet dreams:) Answered by Lavonna Dambach 2 years ago.
My dog bitten by another dog. how to trest at home?
Asked by Ivonne Monsivais 2 years ago.
Veterinary care is needed if there are any punctures that penetrate the skin. X-rays are needed to make sure no internal organs are damaged. Bites are dirty and punctures are notorious for becoming infected. At the very least, he'll need some antibiotics. Answered by Eura Ayling 2 years ago.
You don't. You take your dog to a vet. Just like human bites to humans need to be treated in the hospital. So do dog bites to other dogs need to be treated by a vet. Answered by Jamie Mcdonal 2 years ago.

go to the doctors and get BLOOD TEST DONE ITS ACCURATE CONGRTAS Answered by Tracey Kohn 2 years ago.
You don't say which results you had and in which order, or how soon you did them after realising you could be pregnant. If you took a prenancy test too soon then it could easily say 'Not pregnant' even when you are as the pregnancy hormone that the tests detect will not be strong enough in your system yet. Also if you have taken in a lot of fluids prior to taking the test it can dilute the hormone, that is why it is recommended you do a test first thing in the morning as thats when it will be more concentrated. You should also wait 2-3 days between taking each test and you don't mention how long you waited before doing the next ones? A pregnancy test will very rarely, if ever declare a person pregnant when they are not, it is only a negative result that could actually turn out the other way. Go to your doctors and get it done professionally. You can also bleed at the beginning of a pregnancy, this is called breakthrough bleeding and does not mean you cannot be pregnant. I hope you get the result you want either way, lots of love and luck, leanne x Answered by Grace Margiotta 2 years ago.
False positives are very rare, but that's a possibility. I suspect that what you experienced was a 'chemical pregnancy', which is where you did get pregnant for a short time, but the conditions weren't quite perfect, so your body decided better to 'try again' another time and that's why you then got your period. Until HPTs were commonly and cheaply available, this happened all the time but no-one ever knew about it; they would get their period, sometimes a week or so later than expected, but never knew they were pregnant. Even though this is a disappointment, it's a useful indication that you absolutely CAN get pregnant, and that sooner or later it will happen again and next time it might 'stick' better :) Good luck! ok.I am missing my period by about 11 maybe 12 days and i have symptoms. Like i had spotting one time for a few hours one day then a week after i had the same experience and that was the only bleeding i have received. I am getting more tired as well as hunger is eating at me.Nausea feelings as well as slight abdominal cramps. And more peeing. I used an EPT digital test and i waited like i was suppose to it came out negative though. I have read a lot of peoples opinions on the product and most people say that it is very accurate. SO i am lost, can anyone help. Answered by Berry Mckelvey 2 years ago.
I was 2 weeks late for my period and was still receiving negatives on HPT's -- specifically the EPT brand. Try another brand (I just went and bought a store brand, and was able to see faint positives), and if it still comes up negative, schedule a blood test. If you contact your OB/GYN, and tell them you think that you're pregnant, they can almost always get you into the lab quickly to get an affirmative or otherwise. Good luck :) Answered by Frank Canham 2 years ago.
It could be because you ovulated late so that's why you are still getting a negative. Wait a week and then retest or make an appointment with your ob. They can do blood work to tell for sure.Good Luck!! :) Answered by Athena Lavy 2 years ago.
Then you're probably not pregnant. There are other reasons for cramps and fatigue. Answered by Jeana Rzepka 2 years ago.
