Questions on tenuate and tenuate dospan?
I will be able to get my prescription filled on Monday. The doctor is going to put me on a 1000 calorie a day diet. I need some help on a diet plan with just regular everyday foods, and anything fancy. Please give me some good ideas Asked by Mattie Zubizarreta 3 months ago.

Personally I wouldn't touch tenuate dospan. It has the same effects as amphetamines, can ruin your sleeping patterns and you can't take it forever. That said, eat high fibre, low fat low glycaemic index foods with lots of water and plenty fruit and veg. Good luck with the dieting! Answered by Mac Ode 3 months ago.

break fast : low-fat yogat lunch : jacket potato with tuna tea : chicken salad (no dressings and the chicken is NOT allowed to be grilled!!!!) you want snacks fruit and veg no extras like strawberries and CREAM) Answered by Arnold Flight 3 months ago.

What precisely is the med.Tenuate Retard? what is difference from Tenuate Dospan (diethylpropion hydrochloride?
Asked by Tiera Abusufait 3 months ago.

There is no difference it's just brad names the name you worry about is diethypropion hydrochloride.... and im guessing its either 25 or 75 mg... my thinking is that whenever i come accross it saying retard is a foreign meaning for time release so it could be timed release but i know that chemical is a great anti depresent so similar to wellbutrin but also similar to methyphenidate not prescribed too much because it is so similar to wellbutrin they would prescribe that first because tenuate has abuse potential.... if used recreationally or snorted or misused in anyway it can have similiar effects to amphetamines( not nearly as speedy or euphoric and a cross between MDMA in chemical structure yet not nearly the warming flush feeling and waves of euphoria).... have used it to lose weight/anti-depress at the same time don't care too much for it did feel mild euphoria when snorted but use correctly and you may help with your depression focus or migranes because also read it's prescribed for that manner too. retard and dospan are different brand title names my only logic everytime i saw it being time released it was reffered to as retard but i did see it sometimes not time released or maybe forggotten to mention it. GOOD LUCK Answered by Brenda Cassello 3 months ago.

wondering if anyone ever tried this to lose weight. I had a baby and and was bed riden for 8 months. My Dr, suggust thisto get my body moving. Asked by Hildegarde Topliss 3 months ago.

I tried it many years ago as an aid to weight loss without much success. It can have some nasty side effects and can be addictive. I would personally ask you doctor for a non addictive medication to help you (such as Oristat). Answered by Vonda Flug 3 months ago.

Where can I buy genuine Tenuate Dospan diet pills without a script & have them shipped to Australia.?
Asked by Easter Holifield 3 months ago.

Please don't buy diet pills. Especially if they are not prescribed to you. You don't know for sure if you're getting the real deal. Most importantly, you don't want to find out 5 years later that these pills cause cancer or some other disease. Remember Phen Phen? It was prescription diet pill that is now illegal because it caused PPH, a terminal disease of the lungs. Please reconsider and diet the right way with healthy food and exercise. You'd body will love you forever for it. You need to make long term decisions about your diet and not quick fixes with diet pills. I don't mean to be preachy, but please be careful. What are some good diet pills that i can take in addition to exercise & a proper diet to help me lose weight?
Asked by Christie Shalam 3 months ago.

Tenuate, Tenuate Dospan, Neobes. These aren't over-the-counter pills, you need prescription from your doctor. BTW Mookie, try those Hoodia pills, I've heard from a lot of friends that it works. Just don't over take them, of course. Answered by Yasmin Blankenbaker 3 months ago.

I asked a question earlier i was wondering if anyone knows of a pill that looks similiar to phentermine?
This pill does have blue specks but I need a pill that looks similiar Asked by Beulah Prophete 3 months ago.

What your friend is taking is called Tenuate Dospan, which is sold in all those Mexican border towns. That stuff is very ineffective at suppressing appetite. Phentermine is a white oval pill (much smaller in size than Tenuate) with small blue specks. It is an effective appetite suppresssant and will require a prescription in the United States. Since it is a Scedule 4 Controlled Substance, if your friend is overweight it should be relatively easy for her to get a script. As far as I know, Adipex (phentermine) is not available in Mexico. Answered by Marla Ehnis 3 months ago.

I don't know that answer, but I do know that this is a prescription drug and to get it she needs to be seeing a dr at least monthly (have to in IA anyway......) Do you know who her dr is? or pharmacy? Good luck. Answered by Jamison Kelleher 3 months ago.

Hi, does anyone know about Diethylpropion aka Tenuate and Tenuate Dospan. do you know how high of dosage a person is allowed to take. A friend of mine who happends to suffer from obesity, actually ordered this stuff on line, and it comes in the strenght 75mg. I've researched to see if in fact that the strenght exists, and sure enough, all the online pharmacy have it... but I'm not sure if it's safe. does anyone know anything about this. Then when I went on WebMd I couldn't find the dosage 75mg only 25 mg. Answered by Arcelia Epperheimer 3 months ago.

I'm glad you are finally stopping your amphetamine use and I am sure it will greatly improve your life. It certainly sounds like you are not a person who can ever go back to taking amphetamines at any dose or for any length of time or you will almost certainly have problems. Just out of curiosity were you prescribed the Adderall XR (mixed amphetamine salts extended-release)? And in the future I would make sure you avoid ALL psychostimulant medications including Desoxyn (methamphetamine), Dexedrine (dextroamphetamine), ProCentra (dextroamphetamine oral solution), DextroStat (dextroamphetamine), Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine), Ritalin (methylphenidate), Ritalin LA (methylphenidate extended-release), Ritalin SR (methylphenidate sustained-release), Concerta (methylphenidate extended-release), Daytrana (methylphenidate transdermal), Focalin (dexmethylphenidate), Focalin XR (dexmethylphenidate extended-release), Adipex-P (phentermine), Tenuate (diethylpropion), Tenuate Dospan (diethylpropion controlled-release), Bontril PDM (phendimetrazine), Bontril SR (phendimetrazine extended-release), Didrex (benzphetamine), Provigil (modafinil), Nuvigil (armodafanil) along with cocaine and of course street amphetamines (including drugs like MDMA). You don't need to "part ways" with drugs- that would be overkill. Most medications are not addictive and if you have a legitimate medical illness where medication is indicated then it is fine. It is however always important you always tell any doctor or other health provider you see that you have a history of amphetamine abuse (both street methamphetamine and prescription amphetamine) so that they are well aware you have a history of drug problems. It is especially important for doctors to know so that if you might NEED to take a controlled substance like an opioid or a benzodiazepine they can prescribe appropriately. Since those were not your drugs of choice it would be more acceptable for you to take them if you absolutely needed to. And the fact is if you are in a serious accident you will almost certainly have to take opioids but if your doctor knows you have a history of substance abuse the doctor will probably be fairly conservative if you were to be prescribed a controlled substance. I would also always ask a doctor, if they are prescribing medication, if anything they are giving are drugs with an abuse potential and if you ever are prescribed one always ask if there is an alternative. Good luck. At least you were on a fairly small dose of Adderall so that is on your side. I would also advise you see a doctor and have a full physical examination, blood work, and an EKG to make sure you are healthy. This is particularly important if you have not have a checkup since you where using methamphetamine. You might also consider seeing a therapist to get help for your addiction or if you like programmes like NA or AA you might try them. Answered by Robbyn Szychowski 3 months ago.
