Which of the following sleeping drugs costs the most and which costs the least?
Eszopiclone, Ramelteon, Triazolam, Zaleplon, Zolpidem? Asked by Cherie Creekmur 3 months ago.

Depends on your insurance. If you mean full price: Eszopiclone (Lunesta) - One month supply (1, 2, or 3 mg tablets) = $111 Ramelteon (Rozerem - One month supply 8 mg tablets = $89 Not sure about Triazolam Zaleplon - 5 mg = About $1.72/capsule; 10 mg = About $2.12 per capsule Zolpidem - Not sure but you can get generic so it should be pretty cheap Answered by Collette Beedle 3 months ago.

SLEEPING PILL "Rozerem" (Ramelteon)?
How fast does it make you fall asleep? Asked by Coletta Watah 3 months ago.

Uh,not sure sure what Mike is talking about.....he sounds like he is already in dreamland like they have in the commercial, LOL. I haven't tried this pill yet, I usually use Ambien. I have been interested in hearing more about this pill, so I will definitely be keeping this question on my watch list. Answered by Penney Kosoff 3 months ago.

avoid taking sleeping pills. Find out the reason for not getting sleep...most of the cases it is depression/worries. Try to divert your mind...keep yourself busy all the time occupied. Read The Bible regularly and Pray to God to give you peace of mind. Answered by Shakira Stephany 3 months ago.

Avoid using other drugs that make you sleepy (such as other seizure medicines, alcohol, cold medicine, pain medication, muscle relaxers, and medicine for depression or anxiety). They can add to sleepiness caused by divalproex sodium. Answered by Linn Gray 3 months ago.

Are the sleep medications Ramelteon & or Lunesta available in Australalia? If not, does anyone know when?
Asked by Rudy Sanberg 3 months ago.

Have you tried taking Benadryl? You don't need a prescription for it and it will make you sleepy, because of the antihistamine in it. You find it with the cold/allergy medicines. Also, Melatonin can be helpful. You would find that in the section for vitamins/herbals. It works well, although I know some people that say it doesn't do anything for them. But the Benadryl works really well, and is not addictive. Good Luck Answered by Alane Bostel 3 months ago.

Where is Australalia? Is Canbererra the capapital? Answered by Antionette Morway 3 months ago.

MOST DRUG STORES CARRY "MELATONIN" YOU COULD TRY THAT, OR YOU COULD TRY "KAVA KAVA" IT WILL RELAX YA AND MAKE YOUR LITTLE MARINE STAND AT ATTENTION, ALSO HAVE VERY COLORFUL DREAMS ......... Answered by Marin Rosenlof 3 months ago.

I had tried every other ways... but I still couldn't overcome insomnia, but I need to work and go to school........ so I am thinking of buying sleeping pills and take them. However, I never ever took them before! Any warning of advice? Do I need to see a doctor first and let them give the pills to me (or tell me which type I should take?) Or do I simply go to a pharmacy and buy them? How much do they cost? Any side effect? Would one be addicted to it? Any different types? I've hear there are four types of sleeping pills: with "long" effect, "short", "quick" and "slow". Well, this piece of information, I heard then in Mandarin, my native language, and I'm living in Taiwan right now. I don't know if it's the same in English. I have a hard time "falling asleep" but once I'm asleep, I never have problem keeping asleep, in other words, I don't wake up easily. So, according to one doctor who explained on TV, I thought I should try either one with "quick" effect or "short" effect. But I don't know which one. Would the pharmacist know? Do I need to go to the Doc first? Or just buy it in a pharmacy?? Answered by Aleida Kracke 3 months ago.

What are the names of soporific legal drugs?
I can't sleep well during my exam days and so I can't focus during the exam. I need a strong effect drug. I will take it during the exam days only. Asked by Melissia Singuefield 3 months ago.

Eszopiclone, ramelteon, triazolam, zaleplon and zolpidem. These drugs almost always need a prescription depending on the country you live in. Alcohol (ethanol) can also make you fall asleep fairly easily even in small doses and it doesn't need any prescriptions. Opioids like codeine can make you fall asleep quickly too. In some countries codeine is however regulated to some extend. Answered by Eunice Durando 3 months ago.

Drug costs for two different drugs?
how do drug costs stack up for rozerem and the generic version of sonata? Asked by Ciera Elvira 3 months ago.

Approximate retail price from www.drugstore.com for Rozerem (ramelteon) BRAND ONLY $161.99 for #30 8 mg tablets Approximate retail price from www.drugstore.com for Sonata (zaleplon) BRAND $140.16 for #30 5 mg tablets $150.98 for #30 10 mg tablets Approximate retail price from www.drugstore.com for zaleplon (generic for Sonata) $17 for #30 5 mg tablets $12 for #30 10 mg tablets According to the American Academy of Sleep medicine the recommended first-line treatment for insomnia is to use a short-intermediate acting benzodiazepine receptor agonists examples of these medications include zolpidem, eszopiclone, zaleplon, and temazepam. The recommended second-line treatment is to use an alternate short-intermediate acting BzRAs or ramelteon if the initial agent has been unsuccessful. Also aside from generic Sonata being much cheaper it is also much more effective. Sonata and Rozerem are approved for sleep onset insomnia (they help people fall asleep but not stay asleep). Rozerem is also much less effective than Sonata in terms of increasing total sleep time, reducing time to sleep onset (TSO) and reducing latency to persistent sleep (LPS). Take one 8mg tablet of Ramelteon 30 minutes before bedtime. You can get it at any pharmacies without a physician's prescription. Good Health! Answered by Randee Tunnell 3 months ago.

Don’t take pills those can be addictive. Don’t watch tv or go on the computer before going to bed. They are stimulants and will make it further impossible to fall asleep. Turn off all lights and eliminate all noises. Make sure your in a comfortable position in bed and take off any uncomfortable clothes (if they are tight or long) try not to open your eyes, it will extend the amount of time you spend just laying there. Go to youtube and type in "Sleep Music" soothing sounds will make your eye lids heavier thus making it easier to sleep. Don’t eat anything at least 2 hours before going to bed. Don’t exercise neither as this will get your blood pumping and make it harder to fall asleep. Also, when your closing your eyes try to focus on the color you see, Black. Or think of a peaceful place or environment. This will make it easier to fall asleep. Hope i helped! Answered by Hosea Detering 3 months ago.
