I´m going to buy birth control, better said fertility monitors. We are tired of using bc pills and barrier methods. There´s a product which is supposed to be really good "lady comp" unfortunately, the price for that device is just crazy. More than $500. There´s another product called "petit sophia" which is only $80. It is not as sophisticated and it is marketed as a product for baby planning instead of birth control, although in theory it should work the same with a little bit more effort. Whatever option I choose, I will also buy "ovulens" for saliva testing. So which monitor should I buy too?, is petit sophia alright? Answered by Evalyn Borski 1 year ago.

They recommend not using fertility monitors to try to prevent pregnancy. The main reasons why this does not work very well are below. 1 - Sperm can live up to 5 days inside the woman's body. This means that you can have sex 5 days before she ovulates and it's possible that she can still get pregnant. Fertility monitors are not sensitive enough to detect her fertile moments that far in advance. You can only see when she is fertile, not the days prior. 2 - Women can ovulate oddly. She can ovulate more than once in a cycle, even on her period. For these reasons, it's not practical to use fertility monitors. There is a device called cycle beads that she can use. She must see a doctor about it and she has to have a monthly cycle between 26-31 days (preferably 28 days). If her cycle (beginning on the first day of her period to the first day of the next period) is shorter or longer then it won't work. It's roughly days 1-9 that are "safe" and 21-28 are safe. This method has a high failure rate. I believe it's only 85 percent effective, so you'll definitely want to be prepared for pregnancy. You should use protection until you're ready to have a baby. She should speak to her doctor to find a better birth control for her if neither of you are happy with what you're using now. Answered by Marquis Gehlert 1 year ago.

i advance into on the implanon implant for 3 years till very recently. I had some problems with it initially ie. non quit bleeding yet went to docs and taking the blended pill (oestrogen and progesterone) for each week regarded after it acceptable out. Had it out simply by fact i elect to bypass on the blended now and progesterone basically did make me earnings some weight i did no longer elect. blended is going super so some distance. So, my techniques i advise are a distinctive variety of pill simply by fact the are approximately 3 distinctive types, the implant simply by fact that's difficulty loose (extra often than not :P) and in case you conflict with hormones, the coil. My pal have been given the coil approximately 6 months lower back as shes struggled with hormones and he or she loves it. curiously it hurts somewhat once you place it in yet then its especially plenty difficulty loose. look into some boards for birth control, the embarrassing bodies internet site dialogue board is properly sturdy for this type of information. i in my opinion propose you bypass and function a communicate on your GP or a gynacologist for the final techniques for you. desire this helped. Not likely - since ovulation most likely has not occurred yet. Most women will ovulate on cycle day 11-16 (with day 1 being first day of your period). Unless you have an unusually long period I wouldn't worry. You most likely will not get an accurate pregnancy test until you are at least a few days late for your next period. Answered by Rufina Charlson 1 year ago.

Since sperm can survive for up to a week (by which time you will have ovulated) then there is a high chance that you could fall pregnant. If you aren't breastfeeding then you should get the emergency contraceptive pill ASAP as long as it hasn't been more than 72 hours since the incident. Answered by Trent Kinnier 1 year ago.

it truly is attainable. yet considering you're in basic terms a pair days previous due i could nevertheless wait! I advise for me i took a attempt a week earlier my neglected era (ok i took 6 tests) and that they have been all helpful. so i could wait yet another 2 or 3 days then i could attempt a pair greater domicile tests like one interior the morning and one at night then if no longer something is helpful yet the two wait yet another couple days or head immediately to take a attempt on the Dr. properly i'm hoping issues paintings out for you!
