Has anyone been on oby trim diet pills?
Has anyone taken oby trim pills? I just want to know how you feel when you take them I started today. Asked by Russell Player 3 months ago.

I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes. Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight. First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising... This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace .com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day. Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate Answered by Tenisha Sanroman 3 months ago.

i felt horrible....i tried approximately 10-12 different pills and followed them religiously...when i dropped the weight then i gained double back even though i ate healthy and worked out. i did not lose more because my metabolism was and still is ruined although i did not take any "diet pill" for a year and a half. So do your body a favor and lose weight the hard (the only) way. Answered by Cody Dicastro 3 months ago.

If taken properly you can diet with diet pills. But don't take more than they recommend or you will deplete your body of all its stored nutrients which can be dangerous because it takes a long time to accumulate those nutrients and they can go away really quick if you take too many diet pills all at once. How does phentermine differ from adipex?
Asked by Larhonda Pallotto 3 months ago.

phentermine: A drug that suppresses appetite by altering the body's metabolism of the neurotransmitters serotonin and norepinephrine, used in the management of obesity. Adipex-P Generic Name: phentermine (FEN ter meen) Brand Names: Adipex-P, Fastin, Ionamin, Obenix, Obephen, Oby-Cap, Oby-Trim, Panshape M, Phentercot, Phentride, Pro-Fast HS, Pro-Fast SA, Pro-Fast SR, Teramine, Zantryl Adipex is a stimulant that is similar to an amphetamine. Adipex is an appetite suppressant that affects the central nervous system. Taking Adipex together with other diet medications such as fenfluramine (Phen-Fen) or dexfenfluramine (Redux) can cause a rare fatal lung disorder called pulmonary hypertension. Do not take Adipex with any other diet medications without your doctors advice. Adipex can cause side effects that may impair your thinking or reactions. Be careful if you drive or do anything that requires you to be awake and alert. Avoid drinking alcohol. It can increase some of the side effects of Adipex. Adipex may be habit-forming and should be used only by the person it was prescribed for. Keep track of how many pills have been used from each new bottle of this medicine. Adipex is a drug of abuse and you should be aware if any person in the household is using this medicine improperly or without a prescription. You may have withdrawal symptoms, such as depression and extreme tiredness, when you stop using Adipex after using it over a long period of time. Do not stop using Adipex suddenly without first talking to your doctor. You may need to use less and less before you stop the medication completely. Answered by Sylvester Tursi 3 months ago.

Is adipex the brand name for phentermine?
i have heard phentermine to be known as the generic adipex, but when i looked phentermine up on the internet the site listed the brand names for phentermine being ionamin, fastin and a few more, but it did not list adipex. Asked by Earnestine Gschwind 3 months ago.

i attempted Phentermine as quickly as--it became purely one low dose pill as quickly as an afternoon for form of two months. It did a competent pastime--I wasn't very hungry, had lots of potential and pounds began melting off me (and stored on)--i ended up dropping like 30 pounds. Now, although, I had gained weight (40 pounds) and became those days clinically determined with severe hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid) that's many times responsible for the burden earnings. The healthcare expert won't prescribe ANY foodstuff plan pill--says basically flow on foodstuff plan (yet so a ways diets have not worked in any respect). So, that's as much as you to pick. i did no longer adventure any undesirable consequences with Phentermine. I certainly have tried Alli (over-the-counter like Meridia) even though it did no longer do something (probable through fact there is not any longer that plenty fat in my foodstuff plan for it to bind with). some human beings have problems with phentermine and lots of docs won't prescribe it no count what through fact it became a million/2 of the infamous Phen-Fen that brought about lots of heart issues. maximum will say Phentermine by potential of itself is effective, yet do no longer prescribe it besides. I think its very dangerous and unhealthy for such a young person to get on a strong diet pill. Answered by Mariam Weavers 3 months ago.

phentermine is approved for patients 16 years and above. this usually is after they have tried diet and weight loss. other people often feel like they have not tried enough by whatever standard they choose for their own diet. the problem is this the longer that someone is obese the more likely they will cause permanent harm to their ability to regulate their weight. PERMANENT HARM FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIFE> this would mean that while we are waiting for a child to lose weight we can be losing the war for them. It is the job of the family member to advocate and help them to change their lifestyle so that they can be more healthy. The medicine does no such harm and has been shown to be not addictive. I have an appointment soon to see a doctor about weight loss - a local doctor that prescribes Adipex/phentermine regularly to patients. Is there a difference between Adipex and the generic phentermine? Will more weight loss result in using one vs the other? How well do they work at controlling appetite? Has anyone had great results using these? I've tried Meridia before - years ago from my gyno, when I only had 20 pounds to lose....now I have about 50 to lose. The Meridia was a low dosage pill and I don't remember it doing anything at all for me and I quit taking it. Several years later at the same Dr. I mentioned diet pills again and he wouldn't hear of it.......said to try the South Beach diet and that was it. So now I hear of a local Dr. who is into prescribing Phentermine...and I want to give it a try. Answered by Annika Meason 3 months ago.

I tried Phentermine once--it was only one low dose pill once a day for about 2 months. It did a good job--I wasn't very hungry, had lots of energy and pounds began melting off me (and kept on)--I ended up losing like 30 pounds. Now, however, I had gained weight (40 pounds) and was recently diagnosed with extreme hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid) which is mostly to blame for the weight gain. The doctor will NOT prescribe ANY diet pill--says just go on diet (but so far diets haven't worked at all). So, it's up to you to decide. I didn't experience any bad results with Phentermine. I have tried Alli (over the counter like Meridia) but it didn't do anything (probably because there isn't that much fat in my diet for it to bind with). Some people have problems with phentermine and lots of doctors won't prescribe it no matter what because it was 1/2 of the infamous Phen-Fen that caused so many heart problems. Most will say Phentermine by itself is okay, but don't prescribe it anyway. Answered by Benjamin Vanhorne 3 months ago.

I'm a translator and proofreader but I don't correct people on the net unless asked to because people that are not linguistically minded just don't care, it's a waste of time, and it just gets on their nerves. That said, poor grammar, spelling, and punctuation is disturbingly prevalent throughout the net, other people see it, and, knowing no better, copy it; and so the vicious circle goes on until poor English is the norm (if it's not already). I would have to quit my job to correct all the mistakes I see in a day's browsing: this page is full of mistakes (not including the intentional ones), as many from the preachers of good grammar as from the defenders of illiteracy; the lack or overuse of the apostrophe being the worst (Two Weeks' Notice or Two Weeks Notice? Yes, even Warner Bros get it wrong, so what hope for the rest of us?). And what can we do when even respected websites like the BBC are rife with mistakes? By the way, the spell check is useful but not perfect. I almost put "quite my job" because my fingers are always racing ahead typing common words before my brain reaches them to tell them what they should actually be typing. The spell check wouldn't have picked that up. It probably wouldn't pick up all poor punctuation either, e.g. the difference between it's and its. This site is actually not that bad compared to many forums I've seen, so perhaps some tolerance should be exercised. Answered by Dollie Cavanagh 3 months ago.
