What is norflex orphenadrine citrate?
what happens if you take more than the recommended dosage? one of my friends decided to take it to get some sort of high and im just wondering if anything will happen. Asked by Margurite Hartjen 1 year ago.

Well Norflex is a muscle relaxant that also works as a pain killer. It is an opioid that will give the side effects of over dosing or mis dosing a strong pain killer. Like any medication, I would make your friend stop abusing them to get a high becuase there is always a chance of addiction. Answered by Kristina Yanes 1 year ago.

Can you get high from Norflex 50mg? Or from Tramadol 50mg?
If you mix them will you get high? i have a script for both of then and Im just wondering. i have to take them both. please help. Asked by Idella Syrett 1 year ago.

not sure about norflex but you can from tramadol but its not great and I do not recommend it. Prescription highs can be sketchy Answered by Kennith Viengxay 1 year ago.

I don't know much about Norflex, but Tramadol can be used recreationally in very high doses. It takes at least 8 to 12 of them to get a good buzz though, and you can pretty much count on puking. At high doses,Tramadol can be pretty nice if you don't mind puking. Answered by Lavonna Guidi 1 year ago.

Dog ate Valium and norflex?
Yeah he ate the plastic bottle too....well most of it. Hes a big retarded Rott who so far has ate just about everything that they say should have killed him. Like the toilet cleanser thing, batteries, he even ate like a 1 lb chocolate bunny on Easter. After this I think he will need to be kept in his dam cage 24/7... Asked by Cristine Peer 1 year ago.

The valium might have made him lazy for a day or so. Answered by Gale Harbolt 1 year ago.

You did right to induce vomiting in this case....but that is not always the right thing to do with some ingested substances. Your dog may have still absorbed some of the medication before he vomited. Valium is absorbed into the bloodstream from the stomach VERY quickly....faster than most meds. Do people who have Internet access not also have phones???! The thing to do is to get on the phone and CALL. Call YOUR VETERINARIAN, an animal emergency clinic, or poison control. You really think it's wise to take advice from anonymous people on the Internet who have no verifiable medical training??? (Especially since I have seen so much WRONG information being tossed around about animal medical topics here.) *sigh* And to answer your question...there is no way to know if he could have died from this without knowing his age, his exact weight, the health status of his liver/kidneys, etc., what dose was ingested, and how long until he vomited. Please call your veterinarian and discuss the matter, to make sure he'll be okay. Answered by Callie Helgaas 1 year ago.

Valium is frequently prescribed for dogs, so it would depend on the dose ingested. Norflex, I'm sure, would be the biggest concern. You did great by inducing vomiting. Watch for clinical signs of distress: extreme lethargy, drinking, eating and eliminating that is unusual, seizures, etc. If any of these occur, call the vet immediately. It wouldn't be a bad idea to call a vet (they should be on call and able to answer questions like this) and let them know what happened and what to expect. Answered by Timmy Friscia 1 year ago.

Death would have depended on how much he ingested, but good job on helping him. Note: Keep your pills out of the reach of animals. The caps are only child proof not pet proof LOL Answered by Lucius Woytek 1 year ago.

yes...good job on thinking fast. Answered by Marybelle Lotempio 1 year ago.

Will norflex get me high and if so how many 100 mg tablets should i take?
Asked by Dianne Donathan 1 year ago.

Although a muscle relaxer, it can still make you high since it affects the brain to ease the pain and relax the muscle. It has also been found to cause serious side effects, when used for an extended period of time. It is desribed a little bit on wikipedia as having anticholinergic properties, so the high would most likey be like dramamine, which from personal experiance and back up by thousands is anything but a pleasurable experiance as the hallucinations seem really real and also really ******* scary. So i wouldnt. Answered by Michal Arango 1 year ago.

From a medical standpoint, that is a high dose for a 12 year old, but not toxic. As a general statement I don't think children should be given anti depressents or anti psychotics. People have been raising children for hundreds of years without them. However, with the decline of our society it seems drugging our kids to make them well is ok.
