Humulin Regular is a type of insulin. It's concentration is 100 Units per ml. It is telling you to inject 19 units subcutaneous now! SC means pinch up some fat on the stomach, back of arm or leg, cleanse with alcohol and inject. Good luck. Make sure you get the dose correctly by only using an insulin syringe. Answered by Kelley Shetley 1 year ago.

need more to go on.... Regular insulin is fast acting. Whether or not this is a high dose, depends upon the recipient. I used to give this dose on a regular basis to some patients. However, as a rule, patient's should not be maintained on regular insulin. Answered by Shery Nevison 1 year ago.
