you must be eating toomuch..jsut because food is healthy dosent mean you can eat howmuch ever you want..you still have to keep a portion size ...alos rduce your carb intake and increase your protein intake this will help you loose fat..also try proper weight training exercises rather than TRX Answered by Mary Ettl 1 year ago.
