What (if any) American drugs include etofylline?
Is this drug used in the US? Why or why not? Do you know anything else about it, or how it compares to, say, pseudoephedrine?

The only meds I could find out about were Aerolate and Albutamol. They are both used for asthma. It may also be used in hypertension but I don't know of any meds by name. Answered by Eduardo Patten 4 months ago.
Does tramadol "cancel out" the effect of other drugs or substances?

Sounds excellent that you're going all out and keeping active but I think if you pack too much cardio into the week you will end up wrecking your body Taking days off training/cardio and getting sufficient rest and sleep also contribute to weight loss/muscle build up/strength. I personally would recommend you do 1 (maybe 2) lesson a days (1-2hours) 5 days a week, and leave 2 days to rest and recover. As for belly fat burn off, you can't. When you lose weight, you can't lose weight in a certain area, anyone else who tells you otherwise is either lying or has no idea on weight loss. People who say if you keep doing sit ups, you will lose your fat tummy and get a 6 pack are also wrong. When you gain weight, women tend to gather it around their bums/legs and men around the belly/love handle area, so these are the parts that will often seem "fattest" when you're overweight. When you do cardio and eat healthy, your body fat burns off slowly all over your body at the same time. Answered by Gilberte Weglin 4 months ago.
That is a tough call, because all cardio is good for trimming your tummy. I would think the Aerolates would focus more on your stomach muscles than boxing would, but which would you enjoy more? If you would enjoy boxing more, then maybe you would be more prone to keep up with it, and it would have a positive effect because it is something you are interested in. I lost the most in my tummy by combining strength training with cardio. I added weights to basic crunches and incline crunches when I focused on my abdominals, and did some jogging and biking every day. I would highly recommend biking (stationary) over power walking because it uses more muscles than power walking, and muscle burns more calories than fat. So, if you are using more of your muscles, you are burning more calories. Also, keep in mind, you will not lose belly fat unless you are on some type of modified diet. I have heard it is carbs that store in your stomach, so I would suggest taking in less. Answered by Selma Yudell 4 months ago.
1. Only go five days a week at the most. You need one day off between weight training sessions if you are training your whole body, or you can alternate upper and lower. 2. Use a cross trainer for 30 minutes per day without holding on to the handles as this is great for toning your abs. 3. Do a bit of running 4. Go to a class such as pilates or one which uses a stability ball. 5. Long, steady periods of exercise are best fopr fat loss as they keep your heart rate in your fat burning zone. you will have muscle tone under the fat with sit ups but you need to actually get rid of the fat - i use a detox for 3-5 days when i have a big occasion and need to get into that dress - its a trick lots of stars use apparently but only do it for 3-5 days and no more than once a month as follows take a glass of water boiled or unboiled depending on preferance and add to it half a freshly squeezed lemon (juice), 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and keyenne pepper to tast (as much as you can stand really) have as many of these drinks as you like the lemon works as an anti oxidant flattening those wobbly bits and the maple syrup gives you energy and keyenne pepper speeds up your motabolism enjoy :) Answered by Susana Mcdewitt 4 months ago.

its going to take a combination of the right things to help you lose that weight. the most potent combination of factors for weight loss (especially quicker weight loss) are these three things (all as equally important to each other): caloric in take, high intensity cardio and a total body resistance training routine. don't panic. you don't have to do everything every day. what you should do is break it down day by day. firstly, grab an empty notebook and set it in your kitchen or on your kitchen table and use calorieking.com to determine the caloric value of everything you eat. at the end of the day add it up and make sure you are staying in between 1400-1800 calories a day (the faster you want results, the lower on the spectrum you should set your limit at). the basic premise of weight loss is that you are burning more calories than you are consuming. if the thought of counting and keeping track of things is too much for you invest in a meal delivery system like nutrisystem or deliciously yours where your meals will come pre-portioned out in correct portions needed for rapid weight loss. meal plans are expensive though and i've not always heard good things about the way they taste so definitely take that into consideration when thinking this whole thing over. then set up a workout schedule. say monday, wed, friday you are doing your total body resistance training routine (you can get a dvd or check out shape/fitness magazine for a routine to follow -- also walmart/target sells fairly cheap dumbbells.) shape magazine even has a bride workout dvd! make sure you chose a weight that has you feeling the burn otherwise you won't get quick results. tues, thurs, and sat are reserved for your cardio activity. for quick results high intensity cardio (for shorter period of time of course) is more effective but since i don't know your current fitness level its hard to make a good recommendation here. so if you plan to walk, take it up a notch. warm up at an easy pace for 10 minutes, then speed walk as fast as you can for 5 min, then go down to a medium pace for 3 minutes, then back to the fast pace for 5 ect...do this until you reach the last 10 minutes of your walk where you will then bring it down to a slower, cool down pace. this is called interval training and is extremely effective for quicker weight loss. it wouldn't hurt to add 5-10 minutes of jumproping in after your walk because its a tough exercise and will boost your caloric burn up tremendously (10 min of jumprope=100 cal burn). i would stay away from pilates as i find it insufficient for weight loss. it really does a better job on toning and firming IF you already are thin and don't need to lose any inches. above all drink lots and lots of water. probably around 2 liters a day if you want your metabolism running fast and at its prime to help you lose those inches! i know it may sound like a lot but its really not if you take things day by day and if you really truly want to look great for the big day you'll commit. best wishes :) Answered by Ma Courchine 4 months ago.
